ถ้าพระเจ้าเป็นพระเจ้าที่ช่างจดจำความผิด มนุษย์ก็ไม่รอดแน่ เพราะเราแต่ละคนก็เคยทำพลาดกันมา ทั้งๆ ที่เรายังบกพร่องอยู่นั้น พระเจ้าก็ไม่หยุดที่จะรักเราและพร้อมที่จะสอนเราให้เดินไปในทางที่ถูกต้อง
เราสามารถมั่นใจในความรักมั่นคงของพระเจ้าได้ ในขณะเดียวกันเมื่อเราพลาดหรือผิดต่อพระองค์ เราก็ต้องถ่อมใจที่จะสารภาพต่อพระองค์ และยอมรับความผิดของเรา และรับคำสั่งสอนของพระองค์ และทำตามคำแนะนำของพระองค์
คนที่สามารถสัมผัสความรักมั่นคงของพระเจ้าได้คือคนที่ถ่อมใจ
